EOTM sucks now

so does WvW for leveling

no more normal XP, but you DO get a lot of tomes for doing stuff in them

which is easier at cap

since even scaled up, you're still much weaker than real 80s

so the best way to level via WvW now is probably to do it for fun on a max character and boost your lowbies w/ the rewards

i have 93 skillpoints from the world on my ele out of 189 and i have full spec

all HoT hero point nodes give you ten hero points

imo the fastest way i got hero points was through the item you get in wvw that lets you buy a scroll that auto completes a random one in the world for you

but a hero point HoT train would work too

you need updraft for a lot of the hero points so its one you're gonna want

2nd tier fractal mastery gives you the ability to put an extra agony infusion slot on rings via attuning which is way cheaper than infusing the ring for a slot, and still allows you to infuse later

basically lets you get decent AR faster

yeah lets have a part where you're supposed to glide, except the updrafts wont launch you properly 75% of the time and you're on flat ground so you can't get an elevated start

from what i can tell the best solution is to basically go in with a group to either burn fast enough to avoid as much bullshit as possible, or have the possibility of recovery

convenient AND helpful in WvW so people can't just, ya know, always outrun you

but my fashion REQUIRES a seraph longbow skin

since I for fuckin' sure am not messing w/ the black lion skins even if a few look good, WAAAAY too much bullshit

i also need two more laurels before i can get an ascended trinket

if im ever awake when one of you guys are doing fractals, i just need a few more of whatever the important fractal token thingy is too

oh btw guys i found a way to get a free duty officer, talk to the Vulcan Personnel Officer at Starfleet Academy

there is also an andorian and tellarite personnel officers there

all 3 will let you begin a 20 hour duty officer mission with no requirements to receive 1 special duty officer of the respective race

which give me like another 50% dps boost each
