He's notable for being part of the 2018 Rapefugee Program, and later getting married and bullied by Derverrater, who autistically latched onto a picture Perm posted, causing the latter to leave for several years.

Randomly re-emerged on July 13th 2024 after the failed assassination attempt on Donald Trump.
