With space for larger projects running out on the Inner Isles, the idea was pitched for an entirely new area away from the Inner Isles for a new shining capital city for Southland. The city was planned based on old designs from FriendCraft using the idea of circular cities. A massive outer ring was built as a border, and a smaller inner ring was built to be the city proper.
