Spaceballs was the original founder of COMMUNISM and one of the more influential members of The WIDEVERSE, bringing together many of the people who would later take it over and continue its legacy long after the end of the original guild.
History
Spaceballs originally played an Undead Mage on Gorgonnash. Despite his trollish ways, he was respected enough in the community to have been in several top end raiding guilds, including most notably Umbral Sect.
COMMUNISM
In mid-April of 2007, Spaceballs left Umbral Sect to form a dedicated trolling guild. Recruiting many other Trade Chat superstars, the guild <COMMUNISM> was founded on April 17th. Spaceballs notoriety only grew from here, becoming even more infamous after a shortlived ERP guild on Moon Guard, becoming one of the first guilds in history to be forcibly disbanded by Blizzard GM's
In September of 2007, COMMUNISM was a moderatly successful guild that had begun raiding. Spaceballs himself led most of the raids, leading them to be a coinflip on whether or not they were successful. His antics in Trade chat, as well as hawking a now viable guild, attracted the attention of a young upstart Undead Warrior named Shelarahn, whos former guild ShadowVipers, had just disbanded. Spaceballs paid little attention to his new recruits, but after some months due to other officers pressure, made Shelarahn an officer.
By December, Shelarahn had formed his own secondary raid group in COMMUNISM, using left over members who still wanted to raid. Spaceballs become aware that one of the raiders was a dual boxer who was in both raids at the same time. He demanded Shelarahn kick him, and after refusing inadvertantly caused the 1st COMMUNISM CIVIL WAR.
After most of his raiders had left, COMMUNISM went into a slump. Spaceballs quit for some time, only to return almost a year later to launch a revival of COMMUNISM in Wrath of the Lich King. He recruited another young up and coming server personality, Prudedruid to serve as his new right hand man. Eventually though, many old members would return, including Shelarahn. The revival was shortlived, with Spaceballs eventually returning to Umbral Sect under the pretense of gaining knowledge of raids and better gear to carry with. This didnt pan out, as many other members followed suit, effectively killing COMMUNISM once again.
Months later Spaceballs was seen in trade chat attempting to sell the guild. Shelarahn stepped in, purchasing the guild for 10,000 gold.
Post-COMMUNISM
In the years after COMMUNISM, Spaceballs broke up with his long time girlfriend and COMMUNISM officer Milade and moved out to Las Vegas. He had a brief foray into acting.
He popped up in 2013 on Facebook, claiming he never sold COMMUNISM and was still the COMMISSAR.
Spaceballs again popped up in the late 2010s, joing the WIDEBOYS Discord and briefly reconnecting with the Biggers in good faith.
