The WAIFU WARS were a series of battles in the BEEFY BOYS (and later WIDEBOYS) Discord over pngs of anime girls.

When Bimmers joined the /vp/ server in 2019, they were introduced to MudaeBot, a Discord bot that coordinated a sort of trading card game depicting anime girls (and guys) commonly referred to was waifus.
History
The game was an immediate sucess, runing through most of 2019 and 2020 but often leading to bitter resentment, mostly because of Bear's obsession with the game.
