Midnight in the Mountains (Originally Midnight in the Swamp) was a planned talk show and podcast hosted by Taylor focused on paranormal interests in the style of Coast to Coast AM and Art Bells radio shows. The show was originally slated to premiere in late September 2022, but was delayed until February 2023 due to scheduling and internet related issues, before being indefinitely delayed. Elements of the shows concepts have been planned to be adopted into Whole WIDE Woods.
History
Midnight in the Mountains (originally called Midnight in the Swamp) was first planned in mid-2022 as a companion to the newly debuted The BEEF STREAM. The original format of the show was considered to be like Art Bell, where one subject would be discussed a weak. In 2023, during the shows planning it was slightly changed to be more about paranormal news while still focusing on a single topic.
As of March 2023, the show was postponed until Widehaus v3. A comedic element was also planned, with real life segments like investigating local quarries for "mining adrenochrome".
