Taylorsville

Taylorsville is a location on the Minecraft server Gorzhakcraft owned by Taylor and used as a base in Summer 2019. Abandoned in the beginning of Fall, the base was eventually re-established as a mining colony in May of 2020.

Taylorsville Village

The village itself originally was rather unique, as it was small and featured a dock, making it a logical stopping point for Taylor as he ventured west from spawn in search of a jungle biome to fuel his XP machine. Most of the villagers were later killed by monsters as Taylor spent more time in the area, it was not properly lit or defended. With the village empty, many of the buildings were torn down to build the farm and Villager Detention Facility. Several more of the homes that were left were looted and stripped of needed materials.

SMC Mining Outpost West Alpha

The outpost itself began as a small hole in the side of a mountain, purely as a shelter for Taylor on his westward voyage. However, after that proved fruitless, he returned to the outpost and set it up as a permanent residence, relocating from The Temple at Senntisten. The complex was extended down with a flight of stairs going to nearly bedrock. Two wings were built below the original holding room: A mass storage room and workshop on the left, and a dedicated living area and display area to the right.
