Origins
The CFR was first mentioned not long after Taylor left WIDEBOYS. Rumours and sightings began to circulate of people saying The COMMISSAR, how had been MIA since 2014, had re-emerged somewhere in Eastern Europe.
Role in the SCJP-WIDEBOYS Schism
Though not confirmed, its believed by many that Taylor and The COMMISSAR reached an uneasy alliance, joining the SCJP with the CFR to take on the worse elements of WIDEBOYS
