Whole Wide Woods (Officially Young Cardinals presents: Whole Wide Woods and briefly Whole WIDE Woods in preproduction) is an "outdoors" show hosted by Taylor. The show is considered a spiritual successor to The BEEF STREAM, BEEFYBALL!, as well as the cancelled Midnight in the Mountains project, though only a successor to the first two in that it is being produced during their hiatus'.
History
The concept of a spin-off show for The BEEF STREAM began not long after the 2025 Hiatus began. Taylor, believing that WMG should continue putting out entertainment of some value, had begun brain storming potential ideas, including just doing the show himself. Inspiration struck in late February of 2025 when for the first time in over a decade, Taylor returned to his families ranch property and filming a short clip of him firing a rifle, as well as Actioncam footage of driving around the property in his UTV. From there the concept of an "outdoors" show began in earnest.
First shoots began on March 9th, but due to poor audio, much of the footage was completely unusable, though later release as a preview reel titled "Episode Zero" exclusively to the WIDEBOYS Community Discord. Reshoots began a week later with better audio equipment and continued sporadically until April 8th. The first episode was officially released to Taylors YouTube channel on April 10th. A week later, WMG started releasing the episode as shorts via Tiktok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, generating thousands of views.
Production
All of the filming is done exclusively by Taylor on his Panasonic Lumix S5 using primarily the Panasonic S series 24-105mm f/4, but occasionally a Sigma 45mm f/2.8 DG DN Contemporary. B-roll is captured mostly with a DJI Osmo Action 4, though some shots were done with a Canon EOS Rebel T4i and a Sigma 30mm f/1.4 EX DC HSM, though the latter shots were never used. Production of the show warranted a significant investment into WMG's arsenal of equipment, including new DJI mics and gimble, as well as a slew of mounting equipment for driving shots, making WWW the companies most expensive show to date.
The show is shot nearly entirely on location at Taylor's families ranch, but Taylor has said other locations have been used as to keep the concept of what the ranch is an ever changing idea, and not let it be just one physical place in the shows canon, creating an ever expanding sense of scale and that part of the joke is not knowing what is where.
Writing for the show is a collaborative effort between Taylor, Harland, and others.

A spiritual successor to AFTER DARK, Live from Pondside was originally conceptualized as a companion podcast to Taylors Young Cardinals photo essay series. The segment covers heavier topics like politics, current events, and Taylor's thoughts on various subjects, including popular culture.
Increasingly Bad Firearm Advice
Knowing nothing about guns outside of very surface level knowledge, Taylor shoots and reviews his collection of firearms while giving dubious advice and usually meandering into completely unrelated topics while sometimes remembering to wear ear protection.
Reasonably Priced Food From A Gas Station
Taking his love for cheap gas station food, Taylor takes an item from one of the many local gas stations and reviews them.
Midnight by the Fire
Intended to be a reboot of the concept put forth by Midnight in the Mountains, Midnight by the Fire is a segment where Taylor takes a paranormal or otherwise strange topic and discusses it by the fire pit.
We Out Here At...
A segment exploring other wooded locations like state parks, lakes, and other local events.
Trying That In A Small Town
Like the gas station segment, but based on actual restaurants, usually local places that serve real food that wasn't under a heat lamp for 6 hours.
