The Spaceball Lifetime Achievement Award is awarded once a year during The Bimmies ceremony. It is presented to someone whom has been a long time member of The WIDEVERSE but has been instrumental in WIDEVERSE culture for years.
History
The award was first envisioned in 2019 as a way to enshrine Biggers who made long lasting marks on the culture of The WIDEVERSE. Named for the founder of COMMUNISM, it was meant to award people who either are no longer active or who possibly have gone unrecognized in the past.
With the cancellation of The Bimmies in 2023, the future of the Spaceballs Award has been left unaddressed. However, on March 10th, 2025, Taylor announced in the #economics thread on the BEEFY BOYS Discord that longtime Bigger James would be award the 2024 Spaceballs.
