About

Valheim is a game about exploring a huge fantasy world inspired by Norse mythology and Viking culture. You start your adventure at the relatively peaceful center of Valheim. The further from the center you travel, the more challenging the world becomes. But you will also find more valuable materials that you can use to craft deadlier weapons and sturdier armor. You will also build your own Viking strongholds and outposts all over the world. Eventually, you will build a mighty longship and sail the great oceans in search of exotic lands … but be wary of sailing too far...

History

Valheim came to the WIDEVERSE first as offhanded mentions by both Quornes and Succ, but gained massive momementum after CST set up a server for the community.

WIDEHALLA

Kimsemus and Krew with CST were the first to become active on the server, setting up an impressive longhall and surrounding buildings known as Kimsberg.

Raid on Goonheim & Pubbies

Taylor was the first to discover the ease to which Valheim could be hacked, seeing as almost everything about the game was stored client side, not server side. This manifested first as the Biggers began terrorizing unprotected Goon servers, finding the passwords to their servers with MOTHERs assistance using BROTHER. TT of course was the first victim, CST walking in unabated, loading his inventory full of loot and waddling out and logging off with half their stuff. Unfortunately the server was quickly rolled back, but CST's haul remained. A few other Goon servers were hit, but many quickly caught on and turned their passwords to word of mouth only.

After that, Pubbies became the primary target, mostly probing for unprotected servers using either no password or default easy to guess passwords. The most notable of these was a Brazilian server that was largely unmoderated, allowing the Biggers to fly around and destroy bases as the locals screamed obscenities in their made up clown language.

Conquering of The Dømfjell

A grand adventure set forth as Kim, Doc, CST, Taylor, and a few others set out to conquer one of the games bosses, perched high atop a looming mountain hailed as "The Dømfjell". The journey was arduous, and the climb perilous and deadly, but as the beast atop fell, the expedition became legend, hailed as the peak of the Valheim experience.
